Refund Policy
Refunds are processed once your returned parcel reaches our warehouse.
Timeline
Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of receiving the return and reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.
Method
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Deductions
Shipping charges already paid are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
